This policy describes a proposed local-only release. The current project includes photo uploads for remote image and video processing. This draft must not be published as the policy for that implementation. The release behavior and this policy must be aligned before publication.
01. The scope of this policy
This draft describes the intended data-minimal version of Aviora for Android. It applies to use of the app by adults aged 18 and over.
02. Information collected by Aviora
Under this intended model, Aviora collects only your user ID, coin information (including balance, purchases and usage), and subscription information (including plan, purchase and entitlement status). These records are used to identify your app entitlement, maintain your coin balance and provide purchased benefits.
03. Information that stays on your phone
Photos, videos, generated works, favorites and other creative content remain on your phone under the intended local-only model. Aviora does not collect or upload those items, contacts, location, microphone recordings or other personal information. Local media access is used only for the features you choose.
04. Payments and service providers
Google Play handles purchases according to its own terms and privacy policy. Aviora does not receive or store payment card details. User ID, coin and subscription records may be processed as necessary to validate purchases, deliver entitlements or comply with applicable legal obligations. Google Play processes information independently under its own policy.
05. Retention and security
The limited records described above are retained only for as long as needed to maintain entitlements, resolve purchase issues and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Appropriate safeguards should protect these records. Local content can be removed from your device; clearing app data or uninstalling may remove it permanently.
06. Your choices and rights
You can manage media permissions in Android Settings and remove locally stored content on your phone. You may request access, correction or deletion of the limited information held by Aviora by contacting fum.fum801@gmail.com. Rights and any lawful retention exceptions depend on your location. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
07. Adults only
Aviora is intended only for people aged 18 and over. If you believe that information associated with a person under 18 has been provided to Aviora, contact us so that the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
