01. Eligibility and acceptance
Aviora is available only to adults aged 18 or older. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
02. Using the creative tools
Aviora provides style templates, image and video creation tools, favorites and a personal works collection. Features may depend on device compatibility and service availability. Creative results may vary and are not a guarantee of a real-world appearance or outcome.
03. Your content and permissions
Use only content that you own or are authorized to use. Obtain permission from identifiable people before using their images. You retain your rights in your original content; these terms do not transfer ownership of it to Aviora. You are responsible for reviewing generated results before saving, sharing or otherwise using them.
04. Acceptable use
Do not use Aviora for unlawful, exploitative, deceptive or harmful content, non-consensual imagery, impersonation, or infringement of privacy or intellectual property rights. Do not interfere with the service or attempt to bypass purchase controls.
05. Subscriptions and coins
Aviora offers paid subscriptions and coin packs. The purchase screen shows the applicable price, billing period, benefits and coin allocation before confirmation. Coins are used only within Aviora and are not money or an investment. They cannot be exchanged between users or redeemed for cash, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Membership-specific terms must be available and reviewed before purchasing.
06. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled through Google Play. You can manage them in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law and Google Play policies; nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
07. Intellectual property and availability
Aviora branding, interfaces and supplied templates are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited right to use the app for its intended purpose. Features may be updated, interrupted or discontinued; any effect on paid entitlements remains subject to applicable law and store policies.
08. Responsibility and consumer rights
You are responsible for lawful use of the app and for keeping copies of content you wish to retain. To the extent permitted by law, Aviora does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or particular creative results. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
09. Privacy, changes and contact
